Born and raised in Redwood City, Francesca Lampert is a Bay Area native whose roots run deep in the Peninsula she now serves. A Roy Cloud and Sequoia High alumna, Francesca spent her childhood exploring the wooded trails of Woodside and Portola Valley on horseback before graduating cum laude from UC Berkeley with a degree in English and Education. Before real estate, she led inside sales and marketing for a San Francisco children’s publishing house — a role that sharpened her storytelling and digital media expertise, both of which now define the marketing of Foundation properties. A past District Chair for the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS® Menlo Park/Atherton district, Francesca has served on the board since 2018, championing local housing initiatives and elevating professional standards within the industry. An avid real estate investor and advocate for Section 8 housing, Francesca brings both business acumen and heart to every project. She currently lives in Redwood City’s Palomar Park neighborhood in a home she’s lovingly restoring with her fiancé — the latest in a long line of remodels. Christienne Hadley is a local agent with a passion for real estate and unparalleled dedication to her clients. Growing up in Woodside, Christienne had her very first taste of real estate as a teenager, working as a weekend receptionist at Cornish and Carey, which was eventually purchased by Coldwell Banker. A second generation REALTOR and licensed for over 20 years, Christienne worked in property management and did international real estate in New Zealand before rejoining the Coldwell Banker family. From local property management to international real estate, Christienne’s comprehensive real estate knowledge ranges from hyper-local to international and everything in between. Christienne is a regular volunteer within the local schools. When her children were young, she would dedicate one weekend day each week to go out in the community and do selfless anonymous good deeds, serving as a reminder that we are in this life for not just ourselves, but for others, too. Christienne is a wife, mother, and stepmother. When she isn’t working, she loves BBQing, camping, waterskiing, beach vacations, and dinner parties.

Rachel’s roots run deep along the Northern California coast. Raised on her family’s second-generation, 11-acre ranch in San Gregorio, she spent her childhood surrounded by open fields, hard work, and a strong sense of community. A multi-sport athlete at Half Moon Bay High, Rachel carried that same drive into her studies at Cuesta College, where she earned her degree in Parks & Recreation and Psychology. During her time in San Luis Obispo, she immersed herself in community and leadership roles—volunteering with the Special Olympics, supporting her local church, and helping produce private events throughout the Central Coast. Those early experiences in organization, logistics, and human connection became the foundation of her professional life. After returning to the Bay Area, Rachel spent four years producing large-scale trade shows and corporate events nationwide before launching her own event company. When the pandemic reshaped the industry, she pivoted seamlessly into real estate—joining The Johnston Lampert Group as Executive Assistant, where she reimagined the team’s systems and operations. Her passion for client service and design-forward storytelling quickly became undeniable, leading her to transition into a full-time agent just a year later. Shannon is a California native who grew up in Sacramento and has been calling the Bay Area home since 1999. With an undergraduate degree from U.C. Davis in Spanish, and an international MBA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, Shannon spent several years teaching high school Spanish, and working with language learners in Sacramento and Monterey. Teaching seeded a passion for helping others that has guided Shannon to find careers that focused on making the lives of others better. From the Brand Management organization at Clorox, to Product Management with McGraw-Hill Education, Shannon spent two decades building and marketing products that focused on improving the lives of consumers and students nationwide. The final piece to helping others slid into place when Shannon moved into a top Sales position within the STRYKER Corporation. It turns out that sales and teaching share a lot in common. Setting goals. Listening to dreams. Finding solutions to problems. Pushing others to believe that if they find the right team, anything is possible. When she isn't working with clients Shannon finds time to SCUBA dive, play competitive tennis, spends time at the barn with her horse Toby, and loves family dinners at home.
